Iberostar Waves Cozumel Hotel, Cozumel

We had an overall lovely stay at this resort, with a beautiful beach view and great snorkeling opportunities. The rooms were comfortable, but we experienced some minor issues with maintenance and service. Overall, it felt like a good value for a family vacation, though improvements could be made in service response times and food quality.

This hotel is truly a little slice of paradise! The location is beautiful, right by the beach which is perfect for snorkeling or diving. The rooms are quaint and kept immaculately clean by the hardworking staff. The only downside was that securing a lounge chair by the pool can be a bit tricky if you’re in a group. Overall, it’s an amazing place that I would love to return to.
